Job summary

Regal Technology Partners is seeking an HR Generalist to actively manage onboarding, offboarding, and HR operations across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with the HR Director to maintain compliance, administer HRIS files, and support benefits, timekeeping, and leave processes in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of HR experience, familiarity with California employment law, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field; experience considered.
• 3–5 years progressive HR experience, including at least 1 year as a generalist.
• Familiarity with federal and California employment law and HRIS (Paylocity).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, including documentation and orientation.
• Maintain accurate employee files and compliance documents.
• Process HRIS transactions and generate reports for HR leadership.
• Administer timekeeping, attendance, benefits enrollment, and leave processes.
