Job summary

Reyes Holdings in San Diego seeks an HR Generalist to support the local HR team with employee records, compliance, training, interviewing, and policy guidance. You will administer HR programs and foster strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of related HR experience; a Master’s degree is a plus. Comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years of HR experience
• HS Diploma with 5–7+ years of HR experience
• Familiarity with employment laws and policy interpretation
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Support the local HR team with employee records, compliance, training, interviewing, and policy guidance.
• Assist in day-to-day employee management, HR compliance initiatives, and risk reduction.
• Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, and training.
• Develop and maintain employee relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Resolve complex HR issues and support engagement through investigations.
• Stay current with HR trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies.
• Other duties as assigned.
