The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, employee relations from frontline to senior management, and participation in HR workstream projects.

A Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of related experience is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience.
• Master's Degree is preferred for this role.

Responsabilités

• Support the local HR team with employee record administration and policy interpretation.
• Assist in day-to-day employee management and HR compliance initiatives.
• Administer and execute HR programs including compensation, benefits, and training.
• Develop and maintain employee relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Resolve problems using HR knowledge and participate in HR workstream projects.
• Stay current with HR trends, regulatory changes and new technologies.
• Other duties as assigned.
