Reyes Holdings in Roanoke, Texas, is seeking an HR Generalist to support the local HR team with employee records, policy guidance, training, interviewing, and special projects. This onsite role offers engagement across the organization and an opportunity to drive HR initiatives.

The role emphasizes compliance, employee relations, and administering HR programs including compensation, benefits, and training, with exposure to regulatory changes and evolving HR technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years of related experience.
• High School Diploma/ GED with 5–7+ years of specific experience.
• Master's Degree is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support HR team with employee record administration, policy guidance and interpretation.
• Assist in day-to-day employee management, HR compliance initiatives, and risk reduction.
• Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, and training.
• Develop and maintain employee relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Resolve HR issues using knowledge, engage in HR projects, and support engagement.
