SBM is seeking an HR Generalist in Boise, Idaho, to coordinate employee relations, onboarding, training, and compliance with applicable laws. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience, plus fluency in English and Spanish. Travel to multiple sites may be required.

The position supports wage reviews, performance management, and policy execution, while partnering with teams to drive engagement and retention.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field with 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to site locations as needed.

Mansioni

• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and ensure HR policies and reporting comply.
• Partner with training to arrange development resources for employees and managers.
• Coach managers on employee relations and policy alignment with SBM standards.
• Drive employee engagement through site manager trainings and ESAT initiatives.
• Prepare personnel transactions and employee statistics for government reporting.
