• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field with 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Experience coordinating employee relations, onboarding, performance management and compliance is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions and ensures compliance.
• Partner with training department to arrange training needs for employee and manager development.
• Coaches managers with employee relations issues, aligning with SBM and CBA policies.
• Drive engagement through site management training, regular site visits and use of the mobile app, with ESAT action plans.
