Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking an HR Generalist to coordinate division HR activities across employee relations, onboarding, training, performance management, and recruitment. You will ensure policy compliance and partner with managers to resolve issues with SBM guidelines and applicable laws.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field and 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience, plus bilingual English/Spanish where required; a valid driver’s license is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field with 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish encouraged and may be required for some sites.
• Valid driver’s license and SBM driver approval requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate division HR activities including employee relations, onboarding, training, performance management, and recruitment.
• Ensure compliance with company, state, and federal laws; implement policies and reporting.
• Coach managers on performance issues, disciplinary actions, and employee development.
• Maintain personnel records and prepare government reporting data.
• Support wage reviews, pay changes within ranges, and ad hoc HR projects.
