Job summary

Experience in union and non-union environments is required, with travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field with 2–4 years HR Generalist experience.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation and recruitment.
• Provide guidance on performance management, wage reviews and pay changes.
• Partner with training to arrange employee and manager development, and support site management engagement.
