Job summary

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR practices, particularly in employee relations and conflict resolution, and will work closely with both employees and operations leaders.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources role.
• Experience managing HR across multiple states including California.
• 1-2 years of Union experience.

Responsibilities

• Walking on the production floor and connecting with employees and leaders.
• Coaching managers through employee relations concerns.
• Supporting recruiting efforts and creating a positive candidate experience.
• Assisting with union-related questions and maintaining positive relationships.
• Leading onboarding efforts for new employees.
