Job summary

SBM Offshore is seeking an HR Generalist to coordinate employee relations, training, onboarding, and policy implementation across assigned divisions. You will ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations while supporting recruitment and retention initiatives.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business management and 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience, with bilingual English/Spanish abilities. Some travel to various sites is expected as part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field; 2-4 years HR Generalist experience.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish.
• Knowledge of federal/state regulations and HR policies.
