Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking an HR Generalist to support employee relations, onboarding, training, and compliance across multiple sites. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

The role requires experience in both union and non-union environments, coordinating HR transactions, wage reviews, and reporting. Some travel to sites will be necessary. A bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in HR are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
• 2–4 years HR Generalist experience.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of laws and ensure compliance with policies.
• Coach managers on employee relations and performance.
• Drive engagement through site training and ESAT programs.
• Handle personnel transactions and prepare reports for government compliance.
• Support pay activities and wage reviews within pay ranges.
• Conduct exit interviews and investigations as needed.
• Partner with operations; travel to sites as required.
