Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• 3–5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and confidentiality skills.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll processes, and employment law compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Director with policy administration and compliance across payroll, records, reporting, training, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Manage time and attendance, payroll adjustments, and data entry in HRIS.
• Coordinate benefits education and annual open enrollment activities.
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting for direct labor and assist indirect labor recruitment as needed.
• Conduct investigations and exit interviews; generate HR metrics and reports.
