Job summary

TT Electronics Ohio is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support the Director by administering HR policies across payroll, records, reporting, training, onboarding, and benefits programs.

You will handle employee relations, FMLA/ADA compliance, and full‑cycle recruiting for direct labor while assisting indirect roles as needed. This onsite role emphasizes data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field is required.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, and leave administration.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between management and employees, administering HR policies.
• Complete, review, and verify time and attendance, payroll adjustments.
• Enter data into HRIS for payroll and employee changes.
• Provide benefits education and support, manage Open Enrollment.
• Administer FMLA, LOA, ADA, and workers’ compensation compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and reporting regulations.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for direct labor and assist with indirect roles.
• Provide affirmative action data and drive recruiting plans.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation.
• Pull reports and KPI data; conduct investigations and exit interviews.
• Support company culture and coordinate HR-related training.
• Partner with leadership and employees; handle special projects.
