Job summary

Gottlieb & Greenspan seeks a comprehensive HR Generalist to join our growing HR team. The role oversees payroll, benefits, employee relations, HRIS/ATS data management, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and events.

Responsibilities include payroll support with Finance, benefits administration, employee inquiries, onboarding/offboarding, recruiting collaboration, feedback analysis, and HR process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of progressive HR experience in a mid-sized, fast-paced organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; HR certification preferred.
• Working proficiency with Rippling and Greenhouse platforms.
• Payroll administration experience required.
• Strong communication with a professional demeanor.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance on biweekly payroll processing and be the primary HR contact for payroll accuracy and timeliness.
• Partner with HR Manager on benefits administration, EDI management, open enrollment, audits, and changes.
• Serve as point of contact for employee HR inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Support onboarding and offboarding and assist HR Coordinator for a smooth experience.
• Coordinate with Recruiting to post jobs, manage openings, and screen for cultural fit.
• Collect and analyze employee feedback semiannually and present trends to leadership.
• Maintain annual HR calendar including compliance, events, and year-end deliverables.
• Act as ADA and LOA Administrator with proper tracking and documentation.
