Job summary

PTC is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Middletown, OH to coordinate all HR activities, including employment, compensation, relations, benefits, training and compliance.

Responsibilities include administering HR plans, rewriting job descriptions, conducting compensation surveys, overseeing performance reviews and salary bonus programs, and ensuring legal compliance across the Pennsylvania Division Plants. Requires a Bachelor’s in HR/Business and 3–5 years’ experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of related experience required.
• Must be computer literate and able to use Word, Excel and email programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all human resources activities.
• Administer employment, compensation, employee relations and benefits.
• Administer and review salary and bonus programs; conduct compensation surveys.
• Maintain employee performance management programs and records.
• Ensure compliance with EEOC, AAP, FMLA, and other laws.
• Coordinate recruitment for hourly and salary positions; handle onboarding.
