Job summary

Tech Electronics, a family-owned systems integrator serving the Midwest and Colorado, seeks a Human Resources Generalist. You will support employee relations, onboarding, benefits, training, and HRIS across multiple locations.

Work closely with managers to foster a positive, compliant, people-focused culture that reflects our family-owned values. The role involves coordinating onboarding, benefits enrollment, policy updates, and compliance reporting, with travel to some office sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple functons.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws including affirmative action/EEO.
• Experience administering benefits, onboarding, and HRIS platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication with discretion for confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR software systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR plans and procedures for all personnel and help update policies.
• Prepare and maintain employee handbook and policy documentation.
• Develop and maintain affirmative action program and related reporting.
• Conduct onboarding for new hires across multiple offices and sites.
• Deliver compliance training and track completion.
• Coach managers on employee relations and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment and benefits questions.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for retention opportunities.
• Maintain employee files and HRIS data accuracy.
• Assist with recruitment tasks: postings, interviews, and candidate screening.
