ITC Manufacturing is seeking a Human Resources Generalist at our Columbus, OH plant to support daily HR operations, employee relations, benefits, recruiting, training, and compliance. You will work closely with leadership and employees to ensure consistent application of HR policies and programs while helping build a positive workplace culture.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of human resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS (ADP preferred), Word & Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Collaborative, employee-focused approach.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary HR contact for benefits, time, attendance, policies, and HR matters.
• Support employee relations by addressing concerns and coordinating investigations.
• Facilitate onboarding, HRIS setup, payroll entry, orientation, and training coordination.
• Manage job postings, applicant flow, and pre-screen interviews; administer candidate assessments and plant tours.
• Assist with workforce planning and temporary staffing coordination.
• Coordinate and track training programs and maintain records.
• Maintain accurate employee files and HRIS records in compliance with laws.
• Process weekly payroll inputs and monitor attendance tracking systems.
• Respond to unemployment claims and support audits and reporting requirements.
• Partner with leadership and Safety in response to employee injuries and return-to-work initiatives.
• Partner with supervisors on performance management and engagement initiatives.
• Participate in cross-functional HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
