Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in North Jackson, OH is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support the direct labor workforce onsite. You will partner with managers to deliver employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives while ensuring compliant HR practices.

In this full-time role, you will coordinate with Talent Acquisition, lead new hire orientation, administer payroll-related processes, and drive performance and development programs to support a high-growth manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience.
• Professional certification by HRCI or SHRM strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years supporting full spectrum of HR disciplines, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with experience in employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong partnerships with operations Managers to provide coaching on full-cycle employment matters.
• Discipline matters: investigate and guide disciplinary actions with supervisors and HR leadership as needed.
• Implement engagement programs to improve morale and retention in the direct labor workforce.
• Analyze HR metrics with HR Manager to support business decisions.
• Coordinate staffing with corporate Talent Acquisition and manage job requisitions via Workday.
