Stoladi is seeking an Human Resources Generalist in Washington, DC to partner with the Senior HR Manager. You will manage payroll, records, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and employee relations while ensuring compliance and process improvements.

The role requires strong HR knowledge, payroll experience with Paycom, and the ability to handle sensitive information in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years HR operations, payroll, and benefits administration experience.
• SHRM-CP or PHR highly desired.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage bi-weekly payroll cycle with Paycom, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain employee records in Paycom and SharePoint per policies and retention rules.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment, job descriptions, interviews, and tracking.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, background checks, I-9, and final payouts.
• Support benefits enrollment and billing, including premium deductions.
• Handle employee inquiries across policies, leave, payroll variances, and SOPs.
