Job summary

Godshall Recruiting seeks an organized HR professional to manage payroll, benefits, and office operations. You will be the go-to person for onboarding, open enrollment, and confidential employee lifecycles, coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams.

You will ensure accurate payroll processing, maintain records, and support HR and administrative functions in a fast-paced environment across departments and international teams.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating onboarding and offboarding
• Ability to process payroll accurately and timely
• Administer employee benefits programs and enrollment
• Provide administrative support and maintain records with attention to confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including new hire paperwork, background checks, benefit enrollment, and employee record management.
• Process payroll accurately and timely while maintaining payroll records, reviewing timekeeping information, and resolving payroll discrepancies.
• Administer employee benefits programs, assist with open enrollment, and serve as a liaison between employees, vendors, brokers, and benefits providers.
• Provide administrative support by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, maintaining records, and supporting office operations.
