Job summary

Stoladi Property Group in Washington, DC seeks an Human Resources Generalist to partner with the Senior Human Resources Manager and manage daily HR operations. You will drive payroll (bi-weekly) using Paycom, own recruiting processes, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and policy guidance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years HR experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field; 2+ years HR ops, benefits, and payroll experience.
• SHRM-CP or PHR is highly desired.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full bi-weekly payroll cycle with Paycom, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain employee records in Paycom and SharePoint per policies and data retention rules.
• Lead full-cycle talent acquisitions: job descriptions, screening, interviews, and candidate tracking.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding workflows, background checks, I-9s, separations, and final payouts.
• Provide benefits support: medical, dental, vision, life, FSA/HSA, pre-tax transit, and 401(k); configure open enrollment and billing reconciliations.
• Serve as primary HR contact for inquiries; handle leave (FMLA/STD), payroll variances, policy questions, and system navigation.
• Partner with Senior HR Manager on employee relations, performance management, and SOP development.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion on sensitive information.
