The 20 LLC is a premier MSP delivering enterprise-class IT services across the United States. We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support payroll processing, benefits administration, and core HR operations for our national organization.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, compliant with multi-state employment laws, and proficient with HRIS and payroll systems. This role offers growth within a collaborative, fast-paced environment and requires strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years with an HR Generalist role including payroll and benefits
• Strong understanding of multi-state employment laws and HR practices
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; NetSuite a plus

Responsibilities

• Process and audit semi-monthly payroll across states and ensure accuracy
• Manage employee benefits programs including enrollment and life events
• Support onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and compliance documentation
• Maintain HR records in HRIS and personnel files; produce HR metrics
