Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Human Resources Generalist to perform comprehensive HR operations, payroll administration, and benefits management in alignment with company policies. The role includes recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and reporting, with hands-on use of ADP Enterprise HR and Workday.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of related experience, with strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
• 2–3 years directly related HR experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience administering benefit programs.
• Experience processing payroll using ADP Systems and Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows HR policies to comply with laws and gov't reporting requirements.
• Performs recruitment activities including ads, interviews and offers.
• Maintains benefits records and employee data for reporting.
• Responds to inquiries regarding policies and programs.
• Assists in performance reviews and salary administration.
• Manages payroll processing and bi-weekly disbursements via ADP/Workday.
• Maintains OSHA log and workers' compensation files.
• Supports in data gathering and reporting for insurance and safety.
