Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to handle HR operations, payroll, and benefit programs. The role covers compliance, recruitment, benefits management, and employee relations, with duties including exit interviews and data reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of ADP and Workday. This on-site position runs Monday–Friday with occasional irregular hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years directly related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience administering benefit programs.
• Experience processing payroll using ADP Systems and Workday preferred.
• Solid knowledge of personnel administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable with COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, Title VII and related state and federal regulations.
• Solid knowledge of ADP Enterprise HR and Workday.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Follows company HR policies to assure legal compliance and government reporting.
• Performs recruitment activities: writes ads, interviews, selects employees, orients new hires.
• Keeps records of benefits plans participation and personnel transactions for reports.
• Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assists in administering performance reviews and salary programs.
• Administers benefits programs (life, health, dental, disability, pension, vacation, etc.).
• Prepares separation notices and conducts exit interviews.
• Maintains files in compliance with guidelines.
• Responsible for OSHA log, Workers’ Comp, and General Liability files.
• Assists in data compilation and accident investigation for insurance.
• Processes payroll in compliance with laws and legends policies; bi-weekly payroll via ADP Enterprise HR and Workday.
• Manages wage garnishments, deductions, and payments.
• Researches payroll report errors (tax credits, wage discrepancies, etc.).
• Performs other duties as assigned
