Job summary

Health Business Solutions LLC seeks an experienced HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle, partnering with managers and staff to foster a positive culture and ensure policy compliance.

The role covers recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation support, HRIS maintenance, reporting, and multi-state compliance, with a focus on confidentiality and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in progressive HR roles.
• Experience supporting multi-state or global employee populations.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employees on HR policies and programs.
• Support full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, and offboarding.
• Advise managers on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance improvement.
• Administer HR programs such as benefits, leave, training, and wellness initiatives.
• Assist in compensation and payroll administration; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports/analytics for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to strengthen culture.
• Assist in training and development programs to enhance leadership and skills.
