Job summary

RXO is seeking a Generalist, Human Resources to drive onboarding, engagement, and HR policy execution at the Chicago office. You will partner with Learning and Development and a shared services team on data changes and program delivery.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 1 year of HR generalist experience, with Workday and advanced Excel familiarity. The role offers extensive benefits and an onsite schedule, Monday through Friday in Chicago.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 1 year of experience as a HR generalist or equivalent.
• Functional knowledge of HRIS programs (Workday preferred) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding with Learning and Development teams and business needs.
• Lead HR data changes with shared services collaboration.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and communications.
• Drive employee engagement and coordinate local internship and development programs.
• Assist with accommodation requests and internal communications.
