Qualifications

• 3+ years as HR generalist in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong onboarding/offboarding, benefits, and HRIS skills.
• Knowledge of federal/state employment laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding including I-9 verification.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR transactions.
• Support employee relations and escalate issues.
• Coordinate leave administration and compliance documentation.
• Assist recruitment, background checks, and candidate communication.
• Support compensation changes and HR reporting.
• Coordinate employee engagement, training, and internships.
• Collaborate with management to improve HR processes.
