Job summary

Pengate Handling Systems, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to support the employee lifecycle, onboarding, records, and HR processes. You’ll respond to HR questions, maintain confidential files, and assist with leave administration and engagement initiatives in a collaborative HR team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years HR experience (admin, employee support, or related).
• Basic understanding of HR practices and lifecycle processes.
• Experience with onboarding, employee records, HR service requests, or ticket management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidential employee records and HR forms.
• Process hires, transfers, promotions, and separations; update records.
• Assist with onboarding, leaves, and attendance tracking.
• Support HR reporting, audits, and data updates.
• Provide day-to-day HR support and respond to employee questions.
