Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in human resources in a manufacturing facility.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems). Experience with Paylocity preferred.
• Knowledge of employment & labor laws including FMLA, OSHA regulations, and workers' compensation policies.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels and external partners.

• Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration into the organization.
• Administer employee evaluations, and performance management initiatives.

• Support benefits administration activities, including enrollment and related tasks.
