• Supports benefits administration and employee records data integrity
• Counsels leaders on policy interpretation, discipline, and performance improvement plans
• Handles offboarding including exit interviews and termination processes
• Ensures compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Produces HR reports and analyzes data trends
