Job summary

Responsibilities include payroll processing, benefits administration, employee relations, and coordination of training and development records, with potential roles in OSHA and workers’ compensation tracking.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in using a personal computer.
• Experience in payroll/HR, preferably UltiPro and/or Kronos.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll documents for all employees per policy.
• Manage employee benefits enrollment and explanations.
• Handle employee relations and escalate issues to HR leadership.
