Job summary

Adoration Health in the United States seeks a Human Resources Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations across duties from hiring to compliance.

You will coordinate background checks, credentialing for clinical staff, and training initiatives while partnering with location leaders to maintain strong employee relations and ensure policy adherence. Travel is occasional, and a flexible schedule is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of HR experience.
• General knowledge of federal, state and local labor laws.
• Professional communication across management levels.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel occasionally and handle flexible hours.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, training, and oversight in recruitment, hiring, retention, discipline, evaluation, and employee relations.
• Post jobs, screen candidates, coordinate offers, and follow up with managers and applicants.
• Assist with pre-hire and post-hire background checks and credentialing verifications.
• Support onboarding processes and paperwork, and maintain employee files.
• Maintain documents for clinical staff credentialing and compliance.
• Provide HR data entry and administrative support for the division.
• Conduct orientation and training as needed.
• Develop tracking procedures for post-hire training and compliance.
• Coach supervisors on corrective actions and participate in investigations as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on company policies and employment laws.
• Coordinate leave administration and workers' comp processes.
