PCC Community Wellness Center is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, orientation, performance management, recruitment, and compliance. This role serves as a resource to employees and management, providing guidance on HR policies and employment-related matters.

The position conducts new employee orientation, supports investigations, maintains confidential records, coordinates onboarding, and helps improve HR processes

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR or related field required; bachelor's preferred.
• 1–3 years of HR experience with onboarding and employee relations.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience conducting new employee orientation and workplace investigations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters.

Responsabilités

• Manage employee relations, coaching, and policy guidance for staff and management.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct New Employee Orientation (NEO) and onboarding.
• Support HR compliance, records maintenance, and HRIS data integrity.
• Assist with recruitment, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential personnel files.
• Support engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives.
