Community Health Systems, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist in Birmingham, AL to support the HR team with onboarding, orientation, benefits, and data integrity. The role contributes to HR initiatives, policy reviews, and regulatory compliance while maintaining confidential employee records.

Key duties include coaching, counseling, handling exit processes, and assisting leaders with disciplinary matters, all in a hospital environment that values accuracy and compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or 4+ years of HR experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Experience with HR software and data management.

• Support HR with onboarding, orientation, and employee coaching.
• Maintain data integrity and employee records, and assist with benefits.
