Job summary

GardaWorld in Raleigh, NC, seeks an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations, manage employee records, assist recruiting and onboarding, coordinate training, and ensure policy compliance. You will be a primary contact for employees, guiding HR-related inquiries and processes.

The role covers candidate management, employee records, safety compliance, and engagement activities, with a strong focus on accurate data and timely payroll support.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older as required by law.
• High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field is preferred.
• A valid driver's license and driving record meeting company standards.
• A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced HR environment.
• Tech-savvy with experience in proprietary and mass market systems.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Interact with applicants and guide them through the application process.
• Manage applicants' progress in the ATS; oversee steps and statuses.
• Screen, interview, and extend offers; conduct new-employee orientations.
• Administer drug screens, fingerprinting, and background checks for conditional offers.
