Raleigh Oaks Behavioral Health in Garner, North Carolina, seeks an experienced HR Generalist to handle recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and ongoing HR support. The role requires partnering with managers, maintaining HRIS data, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The successful candidate will coordinate benefits and training, address employee questions, and contribute to policy updates and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business or related field required OR High School diploma plus related comparable experience.
• Three or more years' experience in a progressively responsible HR role required.
• Knowledge of The Joint Commission, facility licensing standards and third‑party payor requirements is beneficial to aspects of the job.
• Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees, and external customers.

Responsabilités

• Manages recruiting, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
• Coordinates new hire and benefits orientation and employee training programs.
• Administers the benefits program with timely enrollment in health benefits and 401K.
• Explains and answers employee questions regarding benefit coverage and deductions.
• Maintains HRIS and employee files; ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assists with leave benefits processing (FMLA, STD, LTD) and workers' comp claims.
• Provides coaching and consultation to managers on performance and engagement.
• Prepares monthly reports to ensure compliance with federal/state/licensing regulations.
