Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field required OR high school diploma with related experience.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible HR experience.
• Knowledge of The Joint Commission, licensing standards and third-party payor requirements is beneficial.
• Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees, and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Manages recruiting, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
• Coordinates new hire and benefits orientation and training programs.
• Administers the benefits program and ensures timely enrollment.
• Explains benefit coverage and answers questions from employees.
• Maintains HRIS employee data and files.
• Tracks mandatory training and licensing requirements.
• Advises managers on performance management and workforce planning.
• Losters in maintaining employee relations and engagement activities.
