Job summary

CRG in Stokesdale, NC is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, recruiting and onboarding, and collaboration with benefits, medical and leave administration, and payroll policy adherence.

The role is contract until early February with a Monday–Friday schedule (8am–5pm). The work location is Stokesdale, NC, with a $30/hour pay rate and a focus on improving HR processes and stakeholder partnerships.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, facilitate projects and business processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• 3-5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of TPM a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides counseling and/or coaching to employees and management regarding employee relation matters and application of company policies, programs and benefits.
• Performs routine tasks to administer and execute HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave administration, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, recognition morale, and training and development.
• Develops and maintains strong business partner relationships with key stakeholders to coach and influence the best business decisions.
• Identifies training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and HR departments.
• Performs recruiting duties for Customer Service Representative positions including creation of job advertisements, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Maintains high visibility to promote HR programs and assist management with effective team communication.
• Provides continuous improvement of HR processes
• Coordinates and/or facilitate employee and manager training on various topics such as DEI, benefit enrollment, and/or compensation processes.
