GardaWorld is seeking an HR Generalist in El Paso, TX to support onboarding, employee relations, and policy implementation for a temporary-to-permanent placement. Reporting to the HR Director, you will help grow the organization by delivering HR services with confidentiality and compliance.

The role requires experience as HR Generalist, knowledge of labor laws, and strong communication. You will partner with payroll and operations, maintain records, and coach leadership on performance management

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Generalist with onboarding responsibilities.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR policies.
• Strong MS Office skills; HRIS experience (Costpoint) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

Responsabilités

• Serve as HR partner to project leadership.
• Handle records management and EEO/AA compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires and exits.
• Maintain confidential employee files and payroll liaison.
• Support employee relations and performance management.
• Ensure legal compliance and advise management on actions.
• Monitor day and night shifts with flexible scheduling.
