Job summary

Netceed in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking an HR Generalist to manage daily HR tasks, support onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and compliance. This role requires hands-on experience and strong communication with staff.

You will coordinate hiring, post jobs, screen resumes, and help keep employee records up to date using HRIS and Microsoft Office. A2-level degree and 2–4 years of HR experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in human resources, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Hiring and Onboarding: Post jobs, screen resumes, set up interviews, and guide new staff through orientation.
• Employee Relations: Help solve workplace issues, answer staff questions, and support positive team culture.
• Benefits and Pay Support: Explain and manage employee benefits, track time-off, and assist with payroll data.
• Policy and Compliance: Ensure the company follows labor laws and update the employee handbook.
• Records and Data: Keep secure, accurate worker files using HR software (HRIS).
