GardaWorld Security seeks an HR Generalist to partner with managers and employees across multiple locations, handling recruitment, onboarding, policy administration, and compliance. This role supports HRIS data integrity, leaves, investigations, and performance documentation while contributing to a positive work environment.

The position emphasizes timely HR services, effective communication, and proactive problem solving to support organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced HR environment.
• Strong experience in employee relations, investigations and employment law compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to support recruiting efforts and fill open positions.
• Conduct candidate screening, onboarding activities, and facilitate new hire orientation.
• Support workforce planning, talent acquisition and employee retention initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations matters.
• Conduct confidential investigations and prepare summaries, findings and corrective actions.
• Manage performance coaching, disciplinary actions and terminations.
