Diocese of Green Bay is seeking an HR Generalist to support Staffing, Employee Relations, Culture, and special projects. The role includes leading Camp Tekakwitha hiring, orientation events, and termination processes, plus serving as the primary HR contact for the Curia Intranet and Website Protected Portal.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Business Administration or HR, HR experience, and a valid driver’s license; strong communication and attention to detail are essential to succeed in

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field required
• Experience in human resources is preferred
• Valid driver's license is required
• Precise detail orientation; impeccable attention to detail
• Exercise sound judgment in data security and privacy in communication/distribution
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Tenacity and follow-up; written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills

Responsabilidades

• General Human Resources administration in Staffing, Employee Relations, Culture, and special projects as assigned.
• HR Generalist will lead Camp Tekakwitha hiring, orientation event and termination processes.
• Supports the Leo Benevolent Fund process.
• Primary HR contact for the Curia Intranet and the Website Protected Portal.
