Job summary

Lad Lake Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to manage full-cycle recruitment and broader HR support at the St Rose campus in Milwaukee, with weekly travel to Dousman, WI. You will partner with candidates, employees and leaders to deliver HR processes that reflect Lad Lake's mission and THRIVE values.

Qualified candidates have 3–5 years of HR experience, knowledge of FMLA/ADA/FLSA, and proven success in recruiting. A bachelor’s degree is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

• Support onboarding, benefits, leave, and employee lifecycle with accurate, timely HRIS data.

Position Purpose

The HR Generalist ensures Lad Lake has an effective, responsive, and compliant employee lifecycle—from attracting qualified candidates through hiring, onboarding, benefits, leave, employment changes, and ongoing HR support.

The Generalist owns recruiting for assigned positions and serves as a key operational connection between candidates, employees, leaders, and HR. They ensure candidates and employees experience HR processes that reflect Lad Lake's mission and THRIVE.
