Job summary

Lad Lake Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to manage full-cycle recruitment and broader HR support at the St Rose campus in Milwaukee, with weekly travel to Dousman, WI. You will partner with candidates, employees and leaders to deliver HR processes that reflect Lad Lake's mission and THRIVE values.

Qualified candidates have 3–5 years of HR experience, knowledge of FMLA/ADA/FLSA, and proven success in recruiting. A bachelor’s degree is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

• 3–5 years progressive HR experience.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting for assigned positions and serve as the HR liaison between candidates, employees, and leaders.
• Ensure HR processes reflect Lad Lake's mission and THRIVE for candidates and staff.
• Support onboarding, benefits, leave, and employee lifecycle with accurate, timely HRIS data.
