Job summary

Jobot is seeking an HR Generalist to support employees and leaders across our manufacturing organization. This hands-on role covers benefits, compliance, performance, recruitment, employee relations, and training in a fast-paced environment.

A Bachelor’s in HR and 1+ year of experience are preferred, with manufacturing background a plus. You will contribute to a culture of safety, collaboration and continuous improvement, while helping to grow careers and strengthen HR programs across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of HR experience in a generalist capacity.
• Manufacturing background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality with limited direction.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR policies and procedures across the organization including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health benefits, training and development, employee relations, retention, record management, and compliance.
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers.
• Support performance management and talent development initiatives.
• Assist with benefits administration and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Participate in HR projects and process improvements.
• Conduct employee investigations, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Promote a positive work culture and employee morale through various initiatives.
• Facilitate internal communications related to HR initiatives, events, and announcements.
