Job summary

MAC Medical, Inc. is seeking an organized HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources activities in our manufacturing environment.

This role assists the HR Manager with employee records, onboarding, benefits, attendance, and general employee needs. Key responsibilities include posting job openings, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, maintaining files and training records, and aiding with payroll information, benefits, HR reporting, and audits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of HR or related administrative experience preferred.
• Manufacturing experience a plus.
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations.
• Professional, dependable, and able to work with production and office staff.

Responsibilities

• Answer routine employee questions and direct complex concerns to the HR Manager.
• Post job openings, review applications, and schedule interviews.
• Prepare new-hire paperwork, assist with orientation, and maintain training records.
• Maintain personnel files and update employee information accurately.
• Track attendance and timekeeping; assist with payroll information and corrections.
• Assist employees with benefits enrollment and related paperwork.
• Prepare routine HR reports and support workers’ compensation documentation.
• Help communicate company policies and maintain HR records for compliance and ISO 13485 audits.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and assist with other assigned HR tasks.
