Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years of HR experience.
• Background in manufacturing is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting, onboarding, and orientations.
• Administer benefits and open enrollment.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data.
• Support HR compliance and company policies.
• Assist with weekly payroll processing.
• Support employee relations, training, and development.
• Lead safety initiatives and reporting.
• Manage unemployment claims and hearings.
