Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an on-site Human Resources Generalist for a growing manufacturing facility in Hickory, NC. You will partner with plant leadership and employees to support recruiting, onboarding, engagement, performance management, and HR administration.

You will work with operations leaders to foster a positive culture and ensure HR programs are implemented site-wide in a fast-paced environment that serves both hourly and salaried staff.

Qualifications

• HR Generalist experience with recruiting and employee relations responsibilities.
• Manufacturing, distribution, or other industrial industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter comfortable working independently while collaborating with corporate HR partners.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting hourly and salaried employees.
