You will serve as a resource to managers and associates, handling routine to moderately complex employee relations, onboarding, and performance management, while ensuring policy compliance and accurate records. The role emphasizes sound judgment, timely escalation of high-risk matters to HR leadership, and collaboration across benefits, payroll, and employment status processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field required.
• 3 years of progressive HR experience required.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
• Experience with HR software.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Serve as point of contact for associates and managers on HR matters.
• Oversee onboarding process including paperwork and licensing verification.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
• Process paperwork for functional area per procedures.
• Support HR operations and policy compliance.
