CPG in Ashburn, VA seeks an HR Generalist III to support onboarding, HRIS data integrity, and benefits administration within a fast-paced HR team. You will manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding/offboarding, I-9 and E-Verify, background checks, and data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role partners with Payroll, supports performance management, and maintains confidentiality while delivering a positive employee experience in a hybrid in-office/remote work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4-6 years' experience in human resources with onboarding focus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Paycor and ADP preferred.

Responsabilités

• Initiates, coordinates, and tracks onboarding activities after Talent Acquisition handoff.
• Facilitates new hire orientation and supports onboarding experience.
• Completes Form I-9 and maintains compliant records.
• Processes E-Verify submissions and employment eligibility verification.
• Manages pre-employment background checks and drug screenings.
• Maintains and audits HRIS records for data integrity and compliance.
